Job summary

AgileEngine seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to build the knowledge layer underpinning an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will design, curate, and maintain the knowledge graph that grounds search and agent responses, ensuring accuracy, coverage, and scalable retrieval quality.

You will partner with subject-matter experts to build AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows using MCP, function calling, and RAG, while driving governance, reliability, and cost efficiency across the platform.

Qualifications

• Design, architect, and own enterprise knowledge graphs and grounding context.
• Lead production-quality AI platform efforts across agents, skills, prompts, and integrations.
• Evaluate and optimize retrieval quality with RAG and enterprise search.
• Show hands-on experience with SaaS and enterprise AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean).
• Demonstrate strong technical leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Able to translate platform strategy into actionable designs and plans.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and improve company context and knowledge graph with accuracy and efficiency baselines.
• Review agent outputs to identify missing or wrong context and backlog fixes.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to build AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether needs are best solved by skills, workflows, or knowledge-graph grounding.
