Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a senior leader to own and execute the AI platform strategy on Azure. The role focuses on platform architecture, governance, and cost optimization while scaling the EisnerAI Platform to support thousands of deployed agents across Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Outsourcing

The candidate will establish reference architectures, enforce lifecycle standards, and ensure integration with the firm’s broader technology ecosystem, guiding cross-functional teams to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or platform leadership.
• 5+ years architecting on Microsoft Azure including AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
• 3+ years leading LLM benchmarking and optimization in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year platform roadmap and governance for EisnerAmper AI Platform on Azure.
• Define model lifecycle standards and evaluation benchmarks across multi-LLM environment.
• Bridge EisnerAI Platform with ETI and broader tech ecosystem.
• Lead performance engineering, cost optimization, and routing strategy.
