Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks an Associate Principal to lead AI Optimization & Delivery solution architecture. This hands-on role acts as the technical design authority, shaping blueprints for multi-agent and RAG pipelines, while aligning with regulatory, HIPAA, and enterprise requirements.

You will partner with Enterprise Architecture and delivery pods to scale AI-powered solutions across Vizient, driving velocity, governance, and secure platform capabilities for healthcare data environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise software or platform delivery.
• ≥2 years hands-on in LLM orchestration in production.
• Strong systems-thinking and architectural judgment.
• Experience with regulated data environments (PHI/PII).

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical design authority for delivery pods.
• Define standards for LLM-enabled workflows and patterns.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to integrate the AI stack.
• Lead evaluation of AI technologies and platforms.
• Maintain reference architectures and governance docs.
