Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a Principal Enterprise Solutions Architect to drive the architecture and development of large-scale digital platforms for data and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in architecture roles (Enterprise Architect, Principal Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
• Deep experience with large-scale data warehousing and cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure).
• Hands-on Databricks and Lakehouse architectures (Delta Lake, Spark, Unity Catalog).
• Experience integrating multiple data domains into governed data products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for cross-domain analytical products (clinical, spend, operational).
• Define technical strategy for enterprise data and analytics platforms.
• Develop high-level architectural blueprints for data stacks and AI/ML systems.
• Design data pipelines and data models to support analytics products.
• Lead POCs, evaluate vendors, and oversee complex data solutions implementations.
• Communicate architectural trade-offs and risks to stakeholders.
