Job summary

ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company, seeks an Adoption Strategist to design scalable enablement programs that drive customer activation for ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative. You will build onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, and playbooks, while maintaining deep product fluency and a data-driven approach.

Remote role out of Singapore, with the opportunity to influence adoption strategies across a high-volume customer base.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, or enterprise growth at AI-native or highly technical firms.
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products.
• Proven track record building scalable adoption programs (onboarding tracks, playbooks, self-serve content).
• Strong systems thinking and capability to build automations using AI tools.
• Extremely analytical with ability to identify trends and close gaps.
• Able to drive cross-functional outcomes without direct authority (Sales, RevOps, GTM).
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business in mid-market or commercial segments.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Design and run scalable adoption and enablement programs for enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Own onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, and adoption playbooks to drive time-to-value.
• Develop deep product expertise across ElevenLabs platforms (ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative).
• Audit customer prompts/configurations and provide data-driven recommendations to boost adoption.
• Track adoption metrics and partner with RevOps to refine reporting and strategies.
• Collaborate with Account Management, CX, and external partners to align adoption across the customer journey.
