Job summary

Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned AI Solutions Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and guide responsible AI adoption.

You will develop, govern, and promote enterprise Agent Skills while driving training and upskilling across departments. By collaborating with AI champions, you will evaluate processes for AI-driven improvements, monitor governance, and manage licenses and access across AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience, with 1–2 years in AI solutions.
• Strong Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to resolve inconsistencies or operational outliers.
• Knowledge of Agent Skills lifecycle and governance.
• Experience managing enterprise software licenses and access administration.
• Understanding of AI prompting and token efficiency.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify AI opportunities.
• Advise departments on AI capabilities and responsible adoption.
• Develop and govern enterprise Agent Skills with standardization across teams.
• Collaborate on user enablement, training, and upskilling for AI.
• Evaluate processes for AI-driven improvements.
• Monitor platform usage and address governance, compliance, and operational issues.
• Administer enterprise AI platforms (GPT, Claude, Fathom, Gamma) securely.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and license administration.
• Generate and distribute monthly platform usage reports to business stakeholders.
• Document best practices and share knowledge to improve processes.
