Job summary

Pinnacle Group seeks an AI Platform Administrator/Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders, define requirements, and drive responsible AI adoption across the enterprise. You will govern agent skills and oversee GPT, Claude, Fathom, and Gamma platforms, including access, licenses, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, with 1–2 years in AI solutions, strong BA and communication skills, and a detail-oriented, independent work style across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience, including 1–2 years supporting or implementing AI solutions.
• Strong Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and influence stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or operational outliers.
• Working knowledge of Agent Skills, including their purpose, applications, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing enterprise software licenses, user groups, or access administration is highly preferred.
• Understanding of AI prompting, token efficiency, and practical techniques for optimizing AI interactions is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes and identify AI-driven improvements; recommend practical solutions.
• Monitor platform usage, investigate anomalies, and address governance/compliance issues.
• Administer enterprise AI platforms (GPT, Claude, Fathom, Gamma) with secure, reliable operations.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and license administration.
• Generate and share monthly platform usage reports with stakeholders.
• Document best practices to continuously improve enterprise AI administration.

Monitor platform usage, investigate anomalies, and proactively address governance, compliance, and operational issues. Administer enterprise AI platforms, including GPT, Claude, Fathom, and Gamma, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operations. Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, group maintenance, and license administration across enterprise AI platforms. Generate and distribute monthly platform usage reports to business stakeholders and team owners. Continuously improve enterprise AI administration processes by documenting best practices and sharing knowledge across the organization.
