Job summary

S:US is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to move AI solutions from experimentation into reliable production. You will build the AI development environment, design agent workflows, and coordinate across IT to deliver secure, reusable capabilities that scale.

Reporting to the VP, Apps, Data & AI, you will implement DevSecOps practices, monitor cost and performance, and partner with Security, Operations, and PMOs to ensure responsible AI and compliant solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on with agent workflows, prompt design, and tool integrations.
• Strong Microsoft Azure knowledge and GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps experience.
• Experience building secure CI/CD pipelines with automated checks.
• Experience applying responsible AI, privacy, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain AI development environment, tooling, and integrations.
• Design reusable agent workflows and multi-agent coordination patterns.
• Evaluate new AI tools and align with Microsoft-first environment.
• Ensure end-to-end AI workflows with enterprise platform integration.
• Implement testing, security scanning, and quality checks.
