Job summary

CRC Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a Power Platform & AI Agent Enablement Lead to govern and operationalize AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. You will bridge business, security, and technology teams, ensuring secure, compliant deployment and ongoing governance.

The role focuses on onboarding frameworks, platform administration, and enabling enterprise AI capabilities, with emphasis on governance controls, lifecycle management, and adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience administering Power Platform environments and governance.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure services.
• Experience onboarding and governance of enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Govern AI Agent onboarding and governance for enterprise use cases.
• Lead intake, approval, and deployment for Copilot Studio and Power Platform AI Agents.
• Maintain agent inventories, ownership records, and lifecycle documentation.
• Coordinate with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams on governance standards.
• Provide technical guidance to citizen developers and business teams.
