Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience including systems or platform administration, cloud technologies, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, security principles, and software integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and continuously improve enterprise AI platforms and services.
• Configure platform settings, licensing, access controls, environments, and governance standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for AI platforms and emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, data governance, and business stakeholders to ensure secure AI adoption.
• Monitor platform health, usage, costs, and performance; provide optimization recommendations.
