Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 4+ years in technology roles supporting cross-functional development teams in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms, tools, and digital marketing/ad tech landscapes.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Experience with modern web development processes and APIs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Troubleshoot and support technical delivery across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and tasks.
• Identify new features, functionalities, and integrations aligning with platform goals.
• Stay current with generative AI, MarTech, and related technologies.
• Apply BDD and TDD; write acceptance criteria in Gherkin-style formats.
• Collaborate with QA to develop comprehensive test cases.
• Lead day-to-day agile development team activities and ensure best practices.
• Support execution of the product roadmap and delivery of new features on the AI platform.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight and troubleshooting for new features.
• Monitor platform performance and gather user feedback for enhancements.
• Assist integration of new tools, APIs, and vendor solutions with architects.
