Job summary

Motive seeks an AI Operations Product Manager to establish internal AI product strategy and drive development for 2000+ sellers. You will bridge Revenue and engineering teams, translate use cases into actionable requirements, and guide AI initiatives from concept to deployment.

You will shape policies for AI usage, partner with IT and legal for vendor evaluations, and lead data workflow improvements to support scalable AI solutions across GTM.

Responsibilities

• Connect Revenue org with Enterprise Systems for AI builds and deployments.
• Translate business use cases into technical requirements and user stories for GTM AI Ops Revenue Developers and Enterprise Systems.
• Establish and maintain AI usage processes and policies with IT leadership.
• Identify and prepare high-quality data sources for AI solutions.
• Own the internal development roadmap for AI agents, applications, and prompts; guide agile development from intake to release.
• Collaborate with Revenue Developers on agent, application, and prompt engineering.
