Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX seeks an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate to shape data strategy, analytics, and AI-driven transformation across the Chief Administrative Office.

You will design scalable workflow and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and employee experience. You will lead end-to-end delivery, leverage Pega, Power Platform, UiPath, Alteryx, and Signavio to identify automation opportunities, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, workflow automation, or related tech.
• Hands-on Pega workflow development and solution delivery.
• Advanced experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath, Python, Alteryx.
• Experience with Generative AI, AI agents, IDP, OCR and data extraction.
• Signavio Process Mining and process analytics experience.
• Strong data analysis and visualization using Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirements through post-production support.
• Design and implement workflow automation using Pega, Power Platform, UiPath, Alteryx.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities with stakeholders and design future-state solutions.
• Leverage AI, Generative AI and IDP for decision-making, data extraction, and orchestration.
• Utilize Signavio to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure secure, scalable delivery.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, risk, and regulatory obligations.
