Job summary

Cayenta is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to drive transformation across Cayenta Support by evaluating processes, gathering stakeholder feedback, and implementing AI-enabled improvements. You will work with product and R&D to ensure AI capabilities are ready for rollout, while maintaining security and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI tools to enhance ticket resolution, customer satisfaction, and employee effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support, business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Experience evaluating business processes and driving improvements from idea to implementation.
• Experience with generative AI and AI-assisted tools.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new AI platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive support transformation by evaluating processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
• Gather feedback from customers, support teams, and leadership to translate into AI improvements.
• Analyze ticket trends and metrics to reduce customer effort and improve experience.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve processes and resolution quality.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and continuously improve AI tools used by Cayenta employees and customers.
• Serve as SME for AI tools and capabilities, including Cayenta-integrated AI features.
• Monitor AI performance, adoption, and business impact; recommend improvements.
• Develop prompts, workflows, knowledge sources, test scenarios, and operational standards.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery to measurement.
