Cayenta is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to drive transformation across Cayenta Support by blending business analysis, customer insight, and AI technologies. Remote-US/Canada and travel up to 25% are supported. The role emphasizes adopting AI tools to improve workflows while ensuring security and compliance.

The candidate will analyze customer feedback, monitor AI performance, and help design prompts and workflows that elevate customer satisfaction and agent effectiveness.

Qualifications

3+ years in customer support, business analysis, process improvement, technical support, or related role.

Responsibilities

Drive support transformation by evaluating processes, identifying pain points, and implementing solutions.
Gather and analyze feedback to translate needs into AI improvements.
Examine ticket trends to reduce customer effort and proactively improve support.
Identify high-value opportunities to use AI, automation and new tech.
Design, configure, test, and continuously improve AI tools for Cayenta employees and customers.
Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery to adoption.
Partner with Product and R&D to ensure AI capabilities are ready for rollout.
