Cayenta is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to lead transformation across Cayenta Support by blending business analysis, customer insight, and AI technologies. The role combines process improvement with hands-on AI tool deployment and governance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer support or analysis, strong analytical skills, and experience with AI-enabled workflows. Remote-friendly across the U.S. and Canada, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years in customer support, business analysis, or related role.
Strong analytical and investigative skills to understand customer needs.
Experience evaluating business processes and driving improvements.
Experience with generative AI and AI-assisted tools.
Ability to learn new AI platforms quickly.
Customer-service mindset focused on experience improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and PM skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

Drive transformation and continuous improvement across Cayenta Support.
Gather and translate feedback into actionable AI improvements.
Analyze tickets, interactions, and metrics to reduce effort and improve outcomes.
Identify high-value AI opportunities to streamline processes.
Design, test, deploy, and refine AI tools for users.
Maintain prompts, workflows, and knowledge sources for AI solutions.
Coordinate AI initiatives across teams from discovery to adoption.
Partner with Product and R&D to ensure readiness before rollout.
Develop training and knowledge articles for Support teams.
Champion responsible AI adoption and measurable impact.
