Job summary

Clutch is seeking an AI Operations Manager to own the full post-sale journey for our AI agents, from sign-on to scale. You will design agent behavior, run live testing, and own ongoing performance, with a strong voice in product decisions and future team-building.

The role involves leading end-to-end Emma implementations, monitoring outcomes, and codifying best practices to create scalable infrastructure. Remote-friendly with direct impact on credit unions nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, business operations, or a comparable structured problem-solving role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading with a point of view to senior executives.
• Hands-on comfort with AI tools and agent configurations.
• Ability to build playbooks, defaults, and tooling to scale a function.

Responsibilities

• Own Emma implementations end-to-end as the customer's single point of contact.
• Monitor agent performance, catch drift, and report outcomes to executives.
• Codify implementation defaults to accelerate new engagements.
• Stand up health monitoring and repeatable reporting infrastructure.
• Define hiring plans and scale the function beyond oneself.
