Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is seeking an AI Operations & Systems Architect to redesign and scale operational workflows for rapid loan growth. You will build internal products, automate end-to-end processes, and connect sales, processing, underwriting, and closing in a unified system.

Lead the design of a centralized knowledge base, SOPs, and AI-enabled onboarding while aggressively implementing automation. This role requires strong technical build skills and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Native-level English fluency required (spoken and written).
• Proven track record in operations, workflow design, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable operations and internal products to support 3x deal growth (15 to 50 deals/month).
• Prototype MVPs with AI-assisted development and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Own frontend interfaces for internal staff and drive adoption end-to-end.
• Build a centralized knowledge base and automated onboarding systems.
