Job summary

Punt is hiring a forward-deployed AI engineer to build practical AI workflows that automate recurring work across marketing and growth. This senior IC will design, implement, and operate systems your teammates can rely on daily.

You will partner with channel owners, growth leads, and engineers to choose the right mix of software, AI models, and custom code from discovery through ongoing operation, delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Outbound and GTM automation experience across B2B, creator, or consumer growth.
• Track record of shipping production automation or internal tools with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs/multimodal models into workflows with structured outputs.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven partner outreach systems to identify and engage creators, KOLs, and affiliates at scale.
• Transform ambassador footage into assets via automated clipping, editing, captions, and format-ready outputs.
• Automate partner onboarding, brief distribution, deliverable tracking, and performance scorecards.
• Consolidate cross-channel data, track performance, and provide growth recommendations based on evidence.
• Design end-to-end workflows connecting tools through APIs and lightweight code, with quality checks and recovery procedures.
