Job summary

The Premier Companies is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and tech‑savvy Operations Specialist to join our corporate operations team in Williamsburg, VA. You will work directly with the COO and Corporate Operations Manager on day‑to‑day priorities, turning ideas into action—coordinating projects, analyzing performance, and creating reports and templates to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience with KPIs, operational reports, financial information, or business metrics.
Comfortable learning new technology and using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.

Responsibilities

Assist COO and Corporate Operations Manager on daily priorities, projects, and initiatives.
Manage projects from idea to planning, execution, follow-up, and completion.
Analyze operational and financial KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare leadership-facing information: dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
Improve workflows, documentation, and internal processes across the company.
Support franchisees and internal teams with operational projects and process improvements.
