You’ll work directly with the COO and Corporate Operations Manager on daily priorities, coordinating projects, analyzing performance, and turning ideas into actionable plans.

You’ll use modern tools, including AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot, to improve efficiency, build dashboards, and create reports.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience working with KPIs, operational reports, or business metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot; or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work with the COO and Corporate Operations Manager on daily priorities and initiatives.
• Coordinate projects from idea through planning, execution, and completion.
• Analyze operational and financial KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare leadership-ready information and executive summaries.
