Job summary

Fuel Cycle is hiring an AI Operations Associate to transform internal processes into AI-native workflows, starting with GTM and expanding to Finance, HR, Legal, and more. You’ll own the operations stack, design AI workflows, and deploy agents to empower Sales, Marketing, and leadership with real-time insights.

The role focuses on building scalable AI pipelines, improving data quality, and measuring outcomes while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive decision-informed

Qualifications

• Track record of building and shipping AI solutions in a business context.
• Hands-on experience with agentic development: Claude Code, MCP, prompt engineering, evaluation loops.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation; SQL for querying and reporting.
• Familiarity with enterprise operational systems (CRM, marketing automation, ERP, BI).
• Comfort with no/low-code prototyping tools (Zapier, Retool, Superblocks).

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tooling and data sources: Salesforce, marketing automation, and connected data sources.
• Design and ship AI-native workflows across the revenue lifecycle: lead scoring, enrichment, forecast rollups, attribution.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and campaign performance.
• Deploy AI agents into daily workflows for Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Partner with Finance from day one on close, forecasting, and budget rollups.
• Identify and automate repetitive workflows across internal functions as coverage expands.
• Establish and own the internal AI operations playbook and governance.
