Job summary

Conduct is building an AI operating system to accelerate the speed and ambition of large enterprises. You will own the mandate to make every team dramatically more productive through AI, identifying high-leverage automation opportunities across GTM, product, finance, and ops, and deploying AI agents and internal tooling with both code-first and low-code approaches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical operations, solutions engineering, internal tools, or technical product role.
• Hands-on with modern AI tooling.
• You understand how software gets built and can contribute meaningfully to engineering productivity.
• You bring commercial awareness to identify problems worth solving.

Responsibilities

• Make every team at Conduct dramatically more productive through AI.
• Identify the highest-leverage automation opportunities across GTM, product, finance, and ops.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tooling using code-first and low-code approaches.
• Work closely with the engineering team to understand what we're building and contribute to productivity workflows.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge systems that compound in value over time.
