Job summary

Creative Artists Agency, LLC in New York seeks a Business Operations Analyst, AI & Innovation, to support AI applications and workflow implementation while sustaining the broader Business Operations function. The role tests, documents, and maintains agentic workflows and tooling, and owns usage tracking and vendor administration.

You will partner with Insights, Analytics, Strategy, and other teams to roll out AI applications, monitor performance, and mitigate risks to end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant analyst, coordinator, or product-support experience.
• Working knowledge of AI tools with a product-management mindset.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage several threads at once.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Test, document, and maintain agentic workflows and tooling; partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and refine prompts.
• Oversee and scale the team’s shared AI component library to accelerate build cycles and ensure consistency.
• Facilitate integration and deployment of proprietary AI systems and internal tooling for multiple teams.
• Track and analyze live workflow metrics to identify performance drift and risks; mitigate issues.
• Coordinate with Insights, Analytics, Strategy and other teams to roll out AI applications across the business unit.
