Responsibilities

• Translate manual operational workflows into scalable AI driven processes.
• Design, prompt and configure AI agents to automate critical tasks.
• Work with SMEs to clarify undocumented workflows and convert them into logic that can be automated.
• Partner with engineering on validation, governance and workflow logic.
• Guide junior analysts and lead documentation and adoption.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of AI on a rapidly expanding programme.
