OZK in Northwest Arkansas seeks an AI Operations & Agency Assistant to run AI agents day-to-day and launch an AI-powered marketing agency. You’ll multiply the owner’s output by building repeatable workflows, managing agents, and delivering client-ready campaigns from social to email.

You will work with the owner directly, with opportunity to grow into a senior role as you prove your value and reliability across the portfolio of businesses in Northwest Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Experience with building and managing AI agent workflows.
• Ability to design and refine prompts for AI agents.
• Proven track record of running lead-gen campaigns and converting leads.
• Comfort with fast-changing AI tools and marketing tech.

Responsibilities

• Multiply owner output by reducing bottlenecks and babysitting.
• Write, test, and refine prompts for AI agents.
• Build repeatable workflows and document them for consistency.
• Track agent workload and report status succinctly.
• Set up tools/automation to save time and improve throughput.
• Run lead-generation campaigns and nurture leads into customers.
