Advantage HQ is hiring a Business Operations Project Lead to make a fast-growing agency run better. You will lead operational projects from scoping to delivery, define scope, assign owners, manage timelines and dependencies, and report progress clearly.

This role sits at the intersection of operational rigor and agency velocity. You are the operator behind the machine, spotting bottlenecks, designing fixes, and driving adoption across teams with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• You have 3–5+ years in business operations, project or program management, ideally in an agency or fast-growing company.
• You have delivered operational projects with measurable results and can explain the impact.
• You are strong at designing processes and documenting improved workflows.
• You are analytical, data-driven and proficient with spreadsheets and PM tools.
• You communicate clearly with leadership and individual contributors alike, keeping stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement projects from scoping to delivery, defining scope and timelines.
• Map, document and improve core business processes with clear SOPs and playbooks.
• Align priorities across departments and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Define and track operational KPIs, build dashboards and regular performance reports.
• Select and improve tools and automations that reduce manual work and speed delivery.
• Apply AI as a core part of workflows, from analysis to documentation and automation.
