You will craft precise prompts, generate significant portions of the initial solution with AI, review outputs for hallucinations, validate logic, and collaborate across product, QA, DevOps, architecture, and security to ship production-ready systems.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-grade experience.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
• Experience using AI coding tools or large language models for software development.
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, cloud services, testing, and secure coding.
• Ability to write precise prompts and critically evaluate AI outputs.
• Strong debugging, testing, and code review skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Strong ownership of final deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-assisted tools to generate, test, document, refactor, and improve software.
• Convert requirements into precise prompts, plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Generate 80–90% of initial solution drafts with AI, then review and refine.
• Detect and correct AI hallucinations, incorrect logic, and security gaps.
• Create automated tests to verify behavior and outcomes.
• Ensure AI-generated code meets architecture, security, and maintainability standards.
• Build reusable AI-native prompts and workflows.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, architecture, and security teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Document prompts, assumptions, validation steps, risks, and decisions.
• Educate and guide other engineers in adopting AI-native software development practices.
