Job summary

Vibehackers in the United States is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and ship AI-native product features across frontend and backend. You will design and prototype MVPs, and integrate AI agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

You will collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to translate vague ideas into working MVPs, accelerate development with AI tools, and participate in architectural discussions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Experience building and shipping production products.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Comfortable designing PostgreSQL schemas and scalable data models.
• Curious about AI agentic frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Strong debugging instincts and fast-moving startup mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and ship full-stack product features (frontend + backend).
• Build and orchestrate AI agents into product workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Translate vague product concepts into fast MVPs and iterate from user feedback.
• Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Use AI-powered developer tools to speed coding, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams.
