Job summary

Lighthouse Software Group is seeking an AI-native full stack engineer to evolve a platform powering critical workflows. You will work on both an established production system and new AI-driven products, building features, and integrating AI capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of software experience, a builder mindset, and comfort across frontend and backend development. Mentorship and leadership runway are available as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building or contributing to production applications.
• Comfort working across frontend and backend development.
• Experience using or experimenting with AI APIs, LLMs, or AI development tools.
• Familiarity with modern development workflows and cloud-based tooling.
• Builder mindset with side projects, experimentation with AI tools, or open source work.

Responsibilities

• Core Platform Development across PHP/Zend/JS.
• AI Feature Integration with AI APIs and LLMs.
• New Product Development and frontend work with React.
• Refactor and improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with a senior engineer and mentor teammates as the team grows.
