Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• End-to-end delivery: take software from concept through launch.
• Technical breadth across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud.
• Applied AI experience: building products with LLMs, retrieval, tools.
• Evaluation experience: automated testing and probabilistic outputs.
• Live-service ownership: telemetry, debugging, incident response, recovery.
• User-centered practice: work with users and product leaders to improve.
• Engineering craft: clear specs, maintainable code, thoughtful reviews.
• Travel and on-site: up to 50% travel and hybrid office access.

Responsibilities

• Start with the user by working with users and domain experts to understand workflows.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specs, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, retrieval, and tool use.
• Build the evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Connect outcomes to behavior by instrumenting user journeys.
• Engineer for responsible use with secure data handling, human checkpoints, and rollback.
• Own production quality by releasing incrementally and monitoring live behavior.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, reliability and cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns to the platform with proven components.
