Qualifikationen

• Senior-level engineering experience owning complex production systems end-to-end.
• Background as backend engineer, software architect, or similarly experienced individual contributor.
• Extensive hands-on experience using AI coding agents as a primary part of daily development workflow.

Aufgaben

• Own product features end-to-end from problem statement through deployment and production.
• Identify what needs to be built and drive initiatives with minimal specifications.
• Engage with external partners to review sandbox access and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with AI agents to create specifications while owning quality and accuracy.
• Delegate development tasks to AI agents and critically review their output in a large production codebase.
• Evaluate AI-generated implementations, identify errors, and select optimal solutions.
• Test and validate features with emphasis on reliability and correctness in financial transactions.
• Take responsibility for architecture, integrations, deployment, reliability, and production readiness across owned features.
• Contribute to AI-first development processes and share insights with an international team.
• Stay engaged with emerging agentic development practices to improve AI usage in product lifecycle.
