Qualifications

• Zero-to-one product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
• Proven ability to run customer discovery and align roadmap with business metrics.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into clear product opportunities.
• Comfort with AI/ML and agent-based product concepts.
• Excellent communication and strategic decision making under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-powered personalization platform.
• Conduct deep customer discovery with enterprise teams to map workflows and trust requirements.
• Translate insights into a focused roadmap tied to revenue milestones.
• Design agent workflows balancing autonomous actions with human oversight.
• Develop feedback loops to improve agent performance and trust.
• Collaborate with engineering/design on data, infrastructure, and trade-offs.
• Co-own go-to-market and pipeline development.
• Create implementation playbooks with customer success for scale.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain speed in ambiguity.
