Qualifications

• Shipped products at scale at a startup.
• Think in systems and obsess over the details that make products feel great.
• Comfortable talking to users and debugging infrastructure.
• Wear multiple hats and take initiative.
• Have an eye for software that feels right, not just works.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end — from product intuition design implementation metrics
• Sit with users, understand their problems, and translate that into what you build
• Debug infra at 2am if it matters, then walk a user through a new feature the next morning
• Work directly with Kush and Chris on the hardest, most important problems
• Raise the bar for the eng team — mentor, review, and help the people around you win
