Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a senior engineer to own features end-to-end in a fully remote, AI-first environment. You will drive architecture, reliability, deployments, and integrations, collaborating with external partners.

You will work with AI agents, review outputs, and ensure robust, production-grade systems, including financial transaction flows. Join a globally distributed team that values initiative and ownership, with a focus on innovative, scalable social discovery products

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering background with end-to-end ownership of a production system.
• Experience using AI agents (Claude Code, Codex) for development.
• Hands-on product work as an individual contributor; no team management.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from problem statement to production.
• Coordinate with external partners to obtain sandbox access and integration details.
• Write specs with AI agents and own their outputs.
• Delegate development to AI agents and review outputs in a large codebase.
• Test features and ensure reliability of financial transaction code.
• Contribute to AI-first development process as a team member.
