Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering to hire an AI Native Founding Product and Platform Engineer in the United States. This founding-level role combines hands-on build-out of a modern product and engineering platform with architecture, tooling, and standards across frontend, backend, cloud infra, and developer platforms.

You will mentor engineers, shape engineering culture from day one, and own patterns that scale. Expect ownership, ambiguity, and a fast-moving environment that rewards pragmatic

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience across product and platform/SRE environments.
• Expert-level React and TypeScript frontend experience.
• Deep experience building distributed backend systems (Go, Python or TS).
• Cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Strong Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines knowledge.
• Ability to design scalable, observable distributed systems.
• Monitoring, tracing, testing, and operational excellence familiarity (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger).
• Collaborates with Product and Design to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Hands-on leadership, ownership, and pragmatic problem-solving in greenfield environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery for high-impact digital product initiatives with hands-on development.
• Design and build full-stack solutions spanning frontend, backend, cloud infra, and pipelines.
• Develop and evolve the engineering platform including CI/CD, Kubernetes, IaC, observability, and tooling.
• Establish scalable, reusable foundations enabling fast, independent delivery.
• Transform patterns into shared services, libraries, tooling, and standards.
• Reduce friction in the development lifecycle through automation and standardization.
• Design scalable, resilient, observable systems aligned with customer needs.
• Partner with Product, Design, and engineering teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction with a pragmatic delivery focus.
• Establish monitoring, tracing, testing, reliability and engineering excellence practices.
