Job summary

Phenom is seeking a Product Development Engineer I (AI-Native) for an onsite role in the United States. You will turn ideas and customer needs into validated features, owning them from prototype to production.

You'll design, build, and deploy agentic capabilities, ship improvements, and collaborate with reliability and platform teams to ensure smooth deployments. Strong coding skills and curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

• 1‑4 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and problem solving.
• Experience with AI coding tools and agents is a plus.
• Ability to ship features end-to-end with customer focus.
