Job summary

Phenom is seeking a Product Development Engineer 2 (AI-Native) for an onsite role in the United States. You will turn complex ideas and customer needs into scalable features, owning them from design to production and continuous improvement.

You will prototype rapidly, validate value, and ship with AI-assisted, agentic tooling. You will mentor juniors and drive observability and reliability across the stack as you partner with platform teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software development or product engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with AI awareness; technical judgment, architecture and code quality essential.

Responsibilities

• Build innovative products on the Phenom platform and prototype solutions that scale.
• Take complex ideas to production and own features end-to-end.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering using coding agents and custom skills.
• Own deployment readiness, production validation, and support post-launch.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews.
