Job summary

KnowledgeCity is seeking a Product Engineer to own the complete lifecycle of an assigned product domain, from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement. You will direct a suite of AI agents across all delivery disciplines with high autonomy and ensure production readiness.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in related roles, experience shipping production-grade products end-to-end, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related roles with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience shipping production-grade products end-to-end.
• Two of: software engineering, product management, UX design, or QA.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and production review of AI output.
• Bachelor’s in CS/SE; Master’s preferred.
• Familiarity with agile, high-velocity delivery.
• Advanced English proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product and domain lifecycle from discovery to improvement.
• Orchestrate AI agents across delivery disciplines with autonomy.
• Deliver high-velocity, quality-first production improvements.
• Conduct post-deploy validation and monitor deployment health.
• Maintain release governance and rollback readiness.
• Ensure UX quality and customer workflow ownership.
• Document features with user guides and API docs.
• Communicate risks and provide transparent delivery forecasts.
• Prioritize work based on user impact and business value.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog with continuous improvements.
