Job summary

Phenom is seeking a Product Development Engineer I (AI‑Native) for an onsite role in Horsham, PA. You will prototype, build, and ship AI-driven features, owning them end-to-end from idea to production while collaborating with teams to ensure reliability and customer impact.

You’ll design agentic skills, work with modern AI tools, and participate in a fast-paced, hands-on engineering culture that values ownership, learning, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng/IT or related field required.
• Strong fundamentals in AI, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with modern AI coding tools and agents.
• Comfortable across the stack and with API design.
• Customer empathy and end-to-end ownership emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-native features from idea to production.
• Design, implement, validate, and improve agentic capabilities.
• Develop reusable agentic skills and tooling.
• Drive code PRs with AI-assisted workflows and observability.
• Diagnose issues from logs and traces to root causes.
• Deliver value to customers with reliable deployment.
