Job summary

Accenture seeks Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed with enterprise clients, delivering production-grade AI platforms that scale across complex environments. You will own outcomes including time-to-value, reliability, and adoption, while translating AI capabilities into measurable business value.

You will lead architecture design, run executive workshops, and shape reusable blueprints that accelerate multi-client deployments, working across a broad tech stack and multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Minimum 1 year of deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with AI platforms, including OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models.
• Minimum 10 years programming experience in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years deploying to production with CI/CD and IaC.
• Minimum 10 years of client communication and collaboration, including leading technical workshops.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 12+ years work experience; AI certifications or agentic tool experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments from architecture through adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability.
• Lead rapid experimentation to produce production systems in days/weeks.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across identity, data, security, governance, platform, and integrations.
• Shape reinvention strategy for client executives: ROI backlogs, use-case prioritization, multi-year roadmaps.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators that scale across client engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions, workshops, and code-with sessions with client teams.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards for the FDE practice.
