Job summary

CNA seeks a Senior AI Engineer to lead AI-first delivery across enterprise platforms, shaping strategy and standards while mentoring teams. In this hands-on leadership role, you will design cloud-native solutions, guide AI-assisted coding and CI/CD, and drive governance for secure, scalable outputs, with expertise in Guidewire and insurance domains preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline; 8+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
Experience driving AI-assisted development at scale and leading technical teams.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, API-first design and CI/CD.
Familiarity with Guidewire InsuranceSuite and Digital Platform is a plus.
Security, compliance and quality governance for AI-enabled outputs.

Responsibilities
