You’ll refine recruiting processes to move faster while maintaining rigorous assessment, and you’ll develop deep knowledge of where top operators are and what they value, shaping how Metaview builds its hiring machine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments.
• Ability to assess candidates and determine top 1% talent.
• Strong network in SF and East Coast with world-class operators.
• AI-native approach to moving faster and hiring better.
