Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience building cloud-native solutions and agentic systems for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor to define use cases and prototype agentic workflows.

Responsibilities include architecting AI agents, integrating across AI providers, and leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and IaC to deliver scalable, secure deployments. Travel may be required to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows).
• Minimum 2 years with AI platforms - OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI plus open-source models; building abstraction layers across providers.
• Minimum of 5 years programming in Python/Java and experience with logging, monitoring, and agent observability.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents with orchestration and lifecycle observability.
• AI Platform Integration: develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: leverage Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code for scalable systems.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: tailor agentic apps across finance, healthcare, and retail domains.
• Client Engagement: conduct design workshops and POCs to shape data-driven workflows with stakeholders.
• Measure & Improve: define metrics and plans to evaluate agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: craft reusable patterns and docs to guide internal assets and client roadmaps.
