Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to embed with client teams and build agent-powered workflows. You will design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents, integrate multiple AI platforms, and deliver secure, scalable cloud-native solutions across industries such as finance, healthcare, and retail.

You will lead design workshops, prototype rapidly, and ensure robust observability, latency, safety, and cost efficiency while collaborating with stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering with cloud-native systems.
• 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, etc.).
• 5+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• 5+ years deploying to production - CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• 5+ years experience with client communication and leading technical workshops.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and routing.
• AI Platform Integration: build abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: use Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, observability.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: tailor agentic apps across verticals like finance, healthcare, retail.
• Client Engagement: conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
