Accenture seeks an AI Native Engineer to embed with clients and build agent-powered workflows. The role focuses on designing enterprise-ready AI agents, integrating multiple AI providers, and delivering robust cloud-native solutions across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, microservices.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum 2 years with AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum 5 years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; strong observability.
• Minimum 5 years deploying to production with CI/CD and IaC tooling.
• Minimum 5 years with client communication and workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD and observability for scalable AI systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Craft reusable patterns and documentation to influence assets and roadmaps.
