Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices).
• 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and open-source models.
• 5+ years of programming in Python/Java; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• 5+ years deploying to production: CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, debugging.
• 5+ years of client communication and collaboration, including leading workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years); associates require 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents (retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, observability).
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, serverless, microservices, and CI/CD to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows for finance, healthcare, retail with domain-specific automation.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
