Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience building cloud-native solutions and agentic systems for enterprise environments.
• Minimum 1 year experience designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum 2 years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum 5 years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent with familiarity in evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and observability.
• Minimum 5 years deploying to production with CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) and monitoring.
• Minimum 5 years experience in client communication, workshops, and delivering under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); Associate degree requires 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration and enablement.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, and CI/CD to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor and deploy agentic workflows across verticals (finance, healthcare, retail) for domain-specific processes.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven agent workflows with stakeholders.
• Define metrics, evaluation plans, and test harnesses to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
