Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design and deploy agentic, cloud-native solutions for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, defining use cases, prototyping, and delivering robust workflows alongside ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities include architecting AI agents, integrating multiple AI platforms, and ensuring scalable, observable systems while collaborating with stakeholders across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience building cloud-native solutions and agentic systems.
• 3+ years experience with cloud-native APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless.
• 2+ years working with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• 5+ years programming in Python or Java and knowledge of evaluation tooling, logging and observability.
• 5+ years production deployment experience including CI/CD and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: Build abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Use Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, and CI/CD to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: Deploy agentic apps across finance, healthcare, and retail sectors.
• Client Engagement: Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Measure & Improve: Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: Create reusable patterns and docs to guide internal assets and client roadmaps.
