Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design and deploy agentic systems in enterprise environments. You’ll embed with clients, define use cases, prototype, and deploy robust AI-powered workflows that scale across complex infrastructures.

You will work across platforms, integrating AI providers, building cloud-native architectures with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and observability. Travel may be required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• 1+ year designing agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years experience with AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines.
• 5+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; strong observability.
• 5+ years deploying to production with CI/CD and IaC tooling.
• 5+ years experience with client communication and workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: build abstraction layers across providers to enable seamless integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: utilize Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: tailor agentic apps across finance, healthcare, retail with intelligent automation.
• Client Engagement: conduct workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows.
• Measure & Improve: define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: create reusable patterns and docs to inform assets and roadmaps.
